What is
"Act Today For Better Tomorrow"?
It is youth exchange project, which main themes is rural development and youth unemployment. 18 young people, who live in rural area and have fewer opportunities, from Malta, Latvia and Georgia will meet to discuss life in rural area. The aim of the project is to enable the participants to engage with active participation for a sustainable development in rural areas and to make them proud of their rural heritage. To achieve the goal youth will participate in "ice breaking" and team building activities, various creative workshops, group activities, business planning activities, presentations, cultural evenings and social entrepreneurship – visiting rural businessmen and learning what business can do in rural area - and rural areas' photo exhibition.
Youth exchange will take place in Vecpiebalga (Latvia) in time from 30th of July to 8th of August.
